Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of content services provided by IP141 ("we," "us," "our"). By making a payment, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Service Description
IP141 provides a one-time content production service consisting of 100 personalized short-form videos, scripts, and thumbnail images. The service is delivered as a fixed package for $5,000 USD.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment of $5,000 is required before production begins. We accept Stripe (credit card), wire transfer, or check. Payment confirms your production slot and initiates the 30-45 day production timeline.
3. Deliverables
You will receive: (a) 100 short-form videos (30-90 seconds each) in MP4 format, (b) full scripts for each video, (c) thumbnail images (2 sizes per video), and (d) a usage guide (PDF). All files are delivered via secure download link (Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer).
4. Production Timeline
Production takes 30-45 days from payment to delivery. You will receive a mid-production update at the 50-video mark. Timelines may vary based on production capacity and content complexity.
5. Refund Policy
Full refunds are available if you cancel within 7 days of payment and before production begins. No refunds are available once production starts. If we fail to deliver 100 videos, you will receive a prorated refund for undelivered content.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon delivery, you receive full commercial rights and IP ownership for all content. You may use, modify, distribute, and monetize the content without restriction. We retain no rights to the delivered content.
7. No Performance Guarantees
We do not guarantee views, followers, leads, sales, or any other performance metrics. Content results depend on your distribution strategy, audience, and market conditions. See our Performance Disclaimer for full details.
8. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) providing accurate information in the content brief, (b) ensuring content complies with platform terms of service and industry regulations, (c) managing distribution and posting, and (d) evaluating performance using your own analytics.
9. No Revisions or Ongoing Support
The service includes one-time delivery of 100 videos. We do not offer revisions, updates, or additional videos after delivery unless you purchase a new package.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from this service is limited to the amount you paid ($5,000). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with US law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply to future purchases only. Your purchase is governed by the Terms in effect at the time of payment.
