Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Payment Terms:
Full payment of $5,000 is required before production begins. We accept Stripe (credit card), wire transfer, or check. Payment confirms your production slot.
Refund Policy:
Before Production Starts:
Full refund available if you cancel before we begin work (within 7 days of payment).
After Production Starts:
No refunds once production begins. You will receive all completed videos at the scheduled delivery date.
Partial Delivery:
If we fail to deliver 100 videos, you will receive a prorated refund for undelivered content.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with US law. We are committed to clear communication and fair outcomes.
